This has been a difficult piece for me, I love the colors but after the last one this just seems sort of blah. It is very much like the first one in this series. Maybe it will grow on me.

I like it alot! Just beautiful. It did remind me of the first one, but I like the differences in the colors.

if it doesn't grow on you, send it to my house.I'll quilt it by hand and it can grow on me...oops, it already has.

I like it. It's just your "vibrant" streak holding back your appreciation of the subtle beauty;)

I love it! Maybe what's not getting it for you, and the difference I see in it versus the other pieces, is that it is largely the same value across. The other pieces have a certain rise and fall, a rhythm in that the colors and intensity change as you look across the face of the quilt. But with these more muted tones, this sense of serenity works for me. You do great work!

Maybe you're too close to it after having worked on it so hard. It's exquisite. Beautiful composition and color choices. Give it a little time and space and it'll come back to you "fresh".

I think the quilt is simply beautiful. It is complex without being in your face. I can't wait to see it after it is quilted.

I love this one, as well as the whole series. The horizontal stripes catch you eye, and gives you something to focus on. Yes, it is more subtle, but looking at a closer view, the colors are beautiful! I think you should enter one of these in a composition.

I actually like this one. Reminds me of the pouring down rain sometimes. Victoria

I stumbled across your blog by accident. I was taken in by the work immediately. Great stuff! Check out the paintings of Karl Benjamin, you two are on the same wavelength.
