This is what Ive been working on when Im not volunteering at the shop or dying lots of fabric. I am pleased with the way it is starting to look, at first glance it will look rather plain but as you get closer you will see the detail.

I seem to have a pucker problem!? Can any one help? this quilt is 100% cotton except the batting is poly.... they dont have cotton batting here in Vietnam. It has been hanging up for a week and it is very humid here, it didnt look like this when I first hung it.... HELP!!!!
I dyed these all in one day!!! thanks to my washing machine, I am soooo happy!
Im not sure if you can see the quilting very well, I am quite happy with it, how ever.......
I thought I would try something different with the back..... please tell me that I should never di this again! I think I will stick to solid backing, I guess I was just trying too hard.

This is a new quilt Ive been playing with since my return from Bhutan, the colors are very monk like. I have dyed quite a lot of the red because you can see what Im doing to it, I am looking forward to having a big stretch of time tomorrow to work on it.
This is my brand new washing machine!!!! I am doing my second load as I write. Next week I will do a lot of dying and no more sitting on the toilet!!!

I added a link to my 426 photos of Bhutan, I hope you will enjoy them! It is on the right of the page....>

Here are a few more pictures of my trip to Bhutan. I will be adding a link to a web album when I get it finished, so far Ive up loaded 500 photos, now I want to give most of them captions!!!!

This contry is so full of color and art, it was hard to focus on one thing, my eyes were everywhere, on the buildings on the clothes on the food!
